So actually I go to this bakery very often because the selection and quality of the rolls and breads is really very good. But the staff really left a lot to be desired. In the Auenstein branch today, I had the case, because you don't really understand you through the mask anyway, that the employee became very sloppy and meant to gossip with the colleague in her national language. That's a no-go. I will now think twice about whether I will still go there ....!

Delicious cakes, especially the sour cream cake with oranges. And far and wide the very best pretzels - always crispy and fragrant! The knackis are awesome! And the scent that comes out of the baker's bag is the best proof of great quality. For this I like to drive 10 km further.

Mostly I'm in a bit of a hurry. I noticed that sometimes, even if there is not much going on, it has to wait a bit longer than it should be, because a free seller is holding a small talk right at the moment or is refilling behind the counter. My tip, first customer then continue processing (with whatever).

Great bakery, still real craft. Not cheap, but quality costs. Also good: already open at 5.30.
